Well I just wanted to post an update for those of you who may be “Out of the loop” I wanted to bring you in! Lonnie Blackwelder & Robin Pope have been spending some time in the hospital. Lonnie had a hip replacement surgery done last week and by all reports is doing well, he’s in the VA Hospital in Tampa. Robin was admitted last week due to a deep vein thrombosis condition, translation for us non medical persons – a blot clot, and a big one at that, in his leg. He underwent some medical procedures to try to breakup the clot last Thurs. & Friday, and came through them well. He’s been moved out of ICU, but they’re hanging on to him still & I’m sure it has to do with his sparkling personality...Ok not really. He’s at the St. Joseph’s hospital, also in Tampa. Please keep them in your prayers for speedy recoveries!
